These terms explain the use of the Bright Tutoring Academy (BTAC) website and tutoring portal. Please read them together with our privacy policy and any tutoring arrangement agreed with BTAC.

Accounts and access

The portal supports administrators, managers, accountants, tutors and parents or guardians. Parents and staff receive accounts through BTAC. Tutor applications require administrator approval; an application does not guarantee work or a particular number of sessions. Keep your account information accurate and your password private. Let your BTAC coordinator know if someone may have accessed your account.

Tutoring arrangements

Subjects, schedules, rates, payment dates and any cancellation or monthly-package arrangements should be confirmed directly with BTAC before tutoring begins. The website does not promise particular grades, examination results or tutor availability. Portal records support the agreed arrangement; they do not replace it.

Reports, corrections and payments

Tutors should submit accurate session and grade records. Use the correction request available on a session report for changes to report text. Contact your coordinator about incorrect attendance, session times, charges or payments. Invoices published in the portal can be viewed and printed. The portal does not currently collect online card payments; arrange payment through the method agreed with BTAC.

Responsible use

Use the portal only for your own authorized tutoring responsibilities. Do not share another student’s information, impersonate another user, upload misleading records or attempt to bypass access controls. Include only information needed to support learning, and treat students, families and tutors respectfully. BTAC may suspend access where an account is misused or no longer authorized.

Availability and changes

The website may be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. Keep your own copy of invoices or records you need. Features and these terms may be updated as the service changes; the date above identifies this version. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
